    Our process

    1. Contact

    Reach out to our Sales Team to begin your journey with DMDmodular. You'll receive a clear overview of the entire process, from concept to project completion.

    2. Scope Definition

    To ensure smooth collaboration between teams, we provide a Request for Information (RFI) to facilitate the efficient exchange of project plans and technical details.

    3. Offer Proposal

    Based on the stage of design and the information provided by the client, DMDmodular prepares either an Initial or Advanced Budget. The proposal typically includes specifications, scope of work, schedule, and payment terms.

    4. Agreement

    Upon accepting the offer, we proceed with signing a Letter of Intent (LOI) and a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA), followed by a formal construction contract to officially launch the project.

    5. Manufacturing & Delivery

    After completing all formalities and finalizing the workshop design documentation, we begin production. All modules undergo thorough factory inspections to meet our quality and compliance standards before delivery.

    6. Project Handover

    Following comprehensive testing and quality checks, the finished project is ready for handover. We ensure every detail meets the highest standards before transferring it to the client.
