The DMD team offers flexible collaboration models to cater to the specific needs of clients. They can either participate in the entire investment process, which includes phases 1 to 8, or solely focus on the production part based on the client’s architectural and interior design.

Contact with DMD’s team

Upon contacting our Sales Team, the client will receive a detailed briefing on the process of developing their project with DMDmodular. Our team will then gather necessary information from the client and assess the project requirements to determine if it is suitable for our modular technology. Once the project is qualified, our experienced Design Team will take over and begin creating initial modularization plans tailored to the specific needs and requirements of the client.

Request for Information (RFI)

To ensure a seamless flow of information between the project teams, we provide a Request for Information (RFI) to assist in the prompt exchange of project plans and detailed information. This enables both parties to quickly address any potential issues and streamline the estimation process. Additionally, we will have a detailed discussion on the scope of work to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly planned and executed.

Offer

Depending on the preparation stage of the design and level of details possible to collect from the Client, DMD’s will provide the Concept Budget of Detailed Budget. The offer usually includes the manufacturing of the finished modules as well as transportation to the site. In some cases, DMDmodular is also offering the on-site installation. The offer includes the following information:

  • Specification
  • Scope of the work
  • Schedule
  • Payment terms

Agreement & Pre Design Stage

DMDmodular’s in-house design team will create the Workshop Documentation necessary for production based on the Design Stage provided by the client. Once the Workshop Documentation is complete and approved, the production phase will commence.

Manufacturing Process

Upon completion of the modular units, they will undergo a rigorous factory inspection to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Once approved, the modules will be carefully packed and made ready for dispatch. Our in-house logistics team will then plan the transportation of the modules based on factors such as their size and the location of the final site.

Transportation

At DMDmodular, we understand that the safe and timely delivery of modular units is critical to the success of any construction project. That’s why we have implemented the highest standards of secured transport to ensure the modules arrive at the destination in pristine condition. Our logistics team will work closely with the client to plan the transportation of the modules based on the size of the units and the location of the plot.

Installation

The Assembly Phase is a critical stage of the construction process, as it involves the on-site installation and finalization of all modules to ensure a seamless integration into the overall building structure. Our skilled assembly team, equipped with state-of-the-art tools and equipment, will work diligently to ensure that all modules are installed in compliance with the highest industry standards.

Project Handover

Once all necessary tests are performed to ensure the highest level of quality and functionality, the project will be ready for final handover to the client. Our team will ensure that all finishing touches are completed, and that the project meets or exceeds all agreed-upon specifications. Once the project is successfully completed, our team will provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the longevity and durability of the structure.
