The process of manufacturing, transporting, and assembling the modules was a complex undertaking that began in September 2021 and resulted in a total property area spanning over 4.1 thousand square meters.

The Scottish dormitory offers a variety of modular room options, including single studios complete with a bathroom and kitchen, rooms thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of people with disabilities, and rooms with a private bathroom and a common kitchen suitable for three rooms. Standard studio sizes are approximately 16.5 square meters, ensuring ample space for residents to comfortably live and study.
