The A35dV home is a single-story unit featuring a spacious living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms (one on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine), and a bathroom.

The B75aV home has two levels: a ground floor with a living area and open kitchen, and an upper floor with two bedrooms. Its spacious layout ensures comfort and convenience for residents. Both types feature standing seam metal roofing and wood-like panel facades.

The buildings are situated to maximize the scenic qualities of the location, offering beautiful views of the lake and surrounding nature.
