The development rises to ground plus thirteen floors and brings a vacant city-centre plot back into active use.

    The studios are manufactured off-site at DMDmodular’s production facility, delivered fully finished and equipped, and installed on site with minimal disruption — a decisive advantage on a dense, tightly bounded city-centre location surrounded by live streets and neighbouring buildings.

    As with all DMDmodular projects, the scheme combines factory-controlled build quality, programme certainty, and a reduced on-site footprint, demonstrating how volumetric modular construction can deliver complex student accommodation in demanding urban settings.
