Smart House A35bV is a year-round house, designed in modular technology on one steel frame, with a gable roof. Functionally arranged space allowed to separate the living room with a kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom with a large bed. The additional zone was created as a mezzanine with a place providing comfortable accommodation for two people. Living zone with large glazing, which is the main entrance to the building. The main advantage is the area of development – up to 35m2. This house is designed for those who appreciate a cozy compact space open for meetings with friends.
