Modular Aparthotels for Modern Hospitality Investments

The aparthotel is located in Rangsdorf, near Berlin. This modern two-story building consists of 11 modules, housing a total of six apartments in two distinct layouts. The design prioritizes individuality and comfort for each guest.

This project responds to the growing demand for accommodation options by expanding the hotel complex with new modular apartments, which function as fully independent residential units. This modular approach provides the investor with various development opportunities without disrupting the operation of the main hotel building. 

The building features two apartment types. The first is a ground-floor apartment designed with accessibility in mind, tailored to the needs of wheelchair users. It includes a spacious bathroom, a living room that also serves as a bedroom, and a kitchenette. 

The second type is a two-story apartment, offering ample space with a living area, kitchenette, storage under the stairs, and a bathroom on the ground floor. The upper floor houses a bedroom and a separate toilet. 

All apartments are spacious and well-lit, with large windows spanning the full width and height of the front walls, enhancing comfort and offering a close connection to nature. There are two ground-floor apartments of the first type and four two-story apartments of the second type. An additional module serves as a technical area. The building’s exterior is finished with façade panels and graphite-colored standing seam metal, covering both the façade and roof. 
The design consists of eleven modular units, each providing ample space and light for an enhanced sense of comfort and immersion in the natural surroundings.
