The AC Nomad Hotel by Marriott is set to become the world’s tallest modular hotel, reaching 25 floors and 96 meters in height. While the lower structure and core are built traditionally, the majority of the hotel is constructed using fully prefabricated volumetric modular guest rooms.

DMDmodular was selected as the modular subcontractor responsible for delivering all hotel guest rooms. The company designed, manufactured, and delivered fully furnished volumetric modules that were integrated into the high-rise structure.

Out of the total 25 floors, the upper 21 floors of the AC Nomad Hotel by Marriott are constructed using DMDmodular’s volumetric modular guest room units. The first four floors and the communication core were built using conventional construction methods.
